We’ve made the shortlist! Saboteur Awards 2016

We are thrilled to have been shortlisted in the Saboteur Awards 2016 for best anthology. We would love your vote to support Schooldays, so if you could spare 2 minutes to vote for us, we would really appreciate it. As a small press, things like this are HUGE! Please click HERE to vote.

Schooldays is an anthology of poems about ‘the best days of your life’ — or are they? It examines the shared experiences of our schooldays: the emotional and, sometimes, physical challenges they present. It includes poems/flash fiction from: Roy Marshall, Katy Ewing, Roderick Bates, Ed Broom, Nina Lewis, Sonya Oldwin, Tony Cavender, John Foggin Neil Leadbeater, Julia Robinson, Sean Smith, Lydia Popowich, Margaret Holbrook, Elisabeth Sennitt Clough, Carole Bromley, Kate Wise, Elaine McKay, Gill McEvoy, Peter R White, Julie Mellor, Natalie Shaw, A. Joseph Black, Michael Shann, Sarah James, Kath Whiting A. B. Cooper and Becky Spence.

We were also very excited to be long-listed in the ‘Most Innovative Publisher’ category. Very soon, we will be officially announcing our next two calls for submissions and have two individual pamphlets coming out this year from Elisabeth Sennitt Clough and Lydia Popowich.

Many thanks for your continued support,

Sarah x
